The collaboration covers such areas like common solution of technical problems significant for both parties, implementation of modern technical solutions into teaching process, promotion of students and graduates that distinguish with knowledge and skills, performance of common scientific and technical projects, co-operation in the arrangement of student's practices (it is aimed to hunt most talented design engineers, process engineers, computer scientists and electrical engineers).
The example of such measures can be awards for the best diploma works and thesis and scholarships for scientists that conduct the research.
Apator participates in several initiatives aimed to make the achievements in science and technical areas.
Since many years, Apator has been the partner for co-operation with Nicolaus Coperniucus University in Toruń in the arrangement of Festival of Science and Art. The company is the patron of festival session dedicated to physics and astronomy every year.
Festival of Science and Art in Toruń is permanent event in the calendar of important cultural and educational events in Toruń. Every year the event attracts the attention of thousands interested in the event from Torun and from the region. Different areas of science and art owing to festival become for several days the subject of excited discussions, experiments and funs.
Festival is the excellent occasion to know from behind the scenes not available on everyday life the laboratories, place of work of scientists and artists and industrial structures, places of operation of firms and institutions collaborating in arrangement of festival.
During the festival about 150 popular science events: meetings, presentations, spectacles, workshops and contests take place every year.
During XI edition of the festival, Apator had as guest in its headquarters the creators of 61 Institute who made use of natural potential one of out of use manufacturing halls to show by not typical manner the phenomena of retention.
The organizer of the event is Economic Sciences and Management Department of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Apator conducts the workshops for students during the festival. Students work on solutions of particular case studies related to the operation and activity of the Company.
Since a few years, Apator SA has supported the organizers of "EUROELEKTRA" Knowledge on Electricity and Electronics Contest. The objective of the contest is to improve the knowledge and professional skills of pupils of upper grammar schools in electricity and electronics. The contest enables to select the most talented youth and give the support to its professional career. The contest supports cooperation and exchange of experiences between teachers, scientific personnel of universities and representatives of enterprises of electrical and electronic sector.
In 2012 in XIV edition of the contest took part 2330 pupils from 130 schools from all over Poland. Winners of final stage were the best electricians, future electronic engineers and future computer scientists for telecommunication. Among them one could find pupils not only from technical schools but also from grammar ones.
On 13th April 2012 at University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz took place the ceremony of the announcement of winners and the awards were presented to the winners and participants of the final stage. During the galla Kondrad Adasiewicz from Group of Electrical and Mechanic Schools in Nowy Sącz, the winner of the first place in electronic group received special award – annual scholarship. We congratulate and wish further successes our scholarship holder.

M.Ch. You are the winner of several contests. Did you spend much time on preparation and education?
K.A. Successes do not come from nothing; however, the perception of knowledge on electricity comes easy to me so the education did not take much time.
When did you decide to participate in the following contest, did you think you could go so far?
In case of the first contests I did not think to go so far but every next one made me used slowly to high positions.
What was your motivation to participate in the contests?
The participation in each contest it is the visiting the next part of Poland. Moreover, there is often the chance to win generous awards and easier access to technical high school in Poland.
What is your recipe for educational success?
K.A. For sure, as it regards technical sector it is not enough to percept the only theory. The knowledge should be confronted with the practice. The important element of science is also the person concerned to like the subject it has to learn. The education by force always brings bad effects. Therefore it makes the man to discourage for further getting known the issue
Being the winner of so many contests, do you have any problems in contacts with peers?
Not especially. I do not boast to new persons about that fact and others I have already known, they did not change relation with me.
What the scholarship presented by Apator changed in your life?
The studies at the high school are ahead so every financial support is very nice. It is sure that the award from Apator SA will help me to pass successfully that stage of my education.
Do you have any hobby except your interests in technical subjects?
Of course, the man is not only for work and education. My hobby is a snooker. I like watching interesting film and I always keep my earphones with me.
What is your dream related to electronics?
I would like to make some great invention in this sector that will bring me and Poles great profits.
What are your plans for the future?
My plan for the future is to study automation and robotics at AGH University of Science and Technology. Then I would like to get a job, perhaps in Apator, have family and enjoy the life.
Apator gives the support to organizers of the action "Energy controlled" – the contest for pupils of grammar schools who are interested in protection of natural environment issues.
The object of the contest is promotion of issues related to protection of natural environment and use of alternative energy sources and control of their usage. There are ideas particularly close to Apator.
The following editions of the contest enjoyed very much interest by pupils, recognized business partners and local government authorities, representatives of government and international authorities.
