PROCESS MANAGEMENT

The management of business processes allows for managing the direction of the flow of information which takes place in each company and concentrates on all of the aspects of the organization, as well as the needs and requirements of individual clients.
Business process management deals with all of the most important functionalities which support the flow of work and controlling their completion in a timely manner by means of tools dedicated for workflow management:

  • Defining workflow procedures,
  • Workflow management,
  • Sending reminders, escalation of tasks the date of completion of which is either in danger of being missed or has passed,
  • Support for automatic task assignment,
  • Archiving completed workflows,
  • Determining effectiveness indicators for task performance by employees,
  • Identification of “bottlenecks”, that is areas characterized by an accumulation of tasks,
  • Defining replacements and carrying them out in accordance with the rules specified by the Client.

The management of all the processes that take place in a company, allows for organizing work in an effective, flexible and efficient manner and, at the same time, enables keeping up with the newest technologies.
