List of shareholders with packages of shares allowing them to take over 5% of votes

* Tadeusz Sosgórnik together with his subsidiary (Stella AMP Family Foundation) within the meaning of the Public Offering Act. 
**  The shareholding of PTE Allianz Polska S.A. as at 28 February 2023 and 18 May 2023 as determined on the basis of PTE Allianz Polska S.A.'s notification of 5 January 2023. The balance as at 28 February includes the total balance in the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Second Allianz OFE, and the balance as at 18 May 2023 includes the shares recorded in the account of Allianz OFE (in connection with the liquidation of Second Allianz OFE and the transfer of its assets to Allianz OFE) and Allianz DFE, respectively. In addition, according to information from PTE Allianz Polska S.A. dated 12 May this year, following the liquidation of the Second Allianz OFE, 4,539,876 shares representing 13.91% of the Company's share capital were recorded in the account of Allianz OFE, which gives the right to exercise 4,539,876 votes from shares representing 8.31% of the total number of votes at the Company's GM.
