The E-ITN 30.51 is an electronic heat cost allocator designed for the precise metering of heat consumption in residential and commercial premises. The device utilises advanced software that takes into account the ‘thermal comfort’ of rooms, minimising the impact of heat transfer through building partitions and ensuring fairer billing. The E-ITN 30.51 allocator has an application in single- and two-pipe heating systems, both horizontal and vertical, with a minimum design temperature of the heating medium of ≥ 35°C and a maximum of ≤ 90°C. In addition to measuring radiator temperature, the device also records the average room temperature, allowing for a more accurate representation of the actual conditions of use within the premises. Wireless data transmission, one-way communication and extensive electronic security measures ensure data security and resistance to tampering attempts. The heat cost allocator can be read using the same system and software as domestic water meters, which significantly simplifies the operation of billing systems.
