Advanced Motion Controller (AMC)

There are three versions of the Digitax HD drive:

  • Digitax HD M750 – version equipped with an Ethernet interface
  • Digitax HD M751 – basic version equipped with a Modbus RTU interface
  • Digitax HD M753 – version equipped with an EtherCAT interface

The drive enables control of:

  • AC servo motors in closed-loop control (RFC-S)
  • Permanent magnet motors in open and closed loop (RFC-S)
  • Squirrel-cage induction motors in open-loop mode (Open Loop)
  • Squirrel-cage induction motors in open and closed loop (RFC-A)
  • In regenerative mode with energy feedback to the grid (Regen)

SI-I/O

An I/O expansion module that increases the number of available input/output terminals on the drive. Provides additional: 4 x digital I/O, 3 x analogue inputs (default)/digital inputs, 1 x analogue output (default)/digital input, 2 x relay outputs

SI Encoder

Input module for an incremental encoder. Closed-loop rotor flux control for induction motors (RFC–A) in the M600

SI-Universal Encoder

An additional combined I/O module supporting incremental encoders, SinCos encoders, HIPERFACE, EnDAT and SS

SI-Safety

A module offering a smart and programmable solution that enables compliance with the requirements of the IEC 61800-5-2 safety standard

SI-Applications Plus (an option for Sypt software for the Unidrive SP drive)

The SM-Applications module allows existing programmes, written in the SYPTPro development environment, to be uploaded to the Unidrive M700 drive

MCi200

A second processor module that enables the creation of advanced machine control systems using the CoDeSys programming environment

MCi210

A second processor module that enables the creation of advanced machine control systems using the CoDeSys programming environment. It also features a dual Ethernet port that interfaces directly with the CoDeSys processor, expanding machine control capabilities and enabling the M700 and M800 drives to communicate simultaneously with two different Ethernet networks

A multilingual text-based LCD display, showing up to four lines of text with descriptions of parameters and data, ensures greater ease of use

KI-Keypad RTC panel

All the functions of the KI-Keypad, with an additional real-time clock and its own battery power supply, enabling accurate diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting

CT USB Comms

The USB cable allows you to connect the drive to a PC so that you can use the Digitax HD drive’s PC tools
