UniSmart - the Radio Telemetry Module designed to be fitted to a mechanical meter. The built-in reed switch enables the counting of pulses from the mechanical meter’s drums and converts them into an electronic signal, which is then transmitted via radio. The application of an open communication protocol compliant with the EN1375-3 standard ensures compatibility with devices from other manufacturers.

Gas meters fitted with UniSmart are designed to measure gas consumption at customer premises where the total maximum gas consumption of all installed appliances does not exceed theQmax value. They are suitable for measuring natural and synthetic gaseous fuels and their mixtures.

Gas meters equipped with UniSmart are designed for use in Zone II explosion hazard areas, where an explosive atmosphere is highly likely to occur.
