The safety thermal breaker STB 89.00 is an electromechanical thermal protection device with a capillary sensor, designed for reliable temperature monitoring in heating and industrial systems. The breaker is used for heat generators with an operating temperature of up to 350°C. If the permissible temperature limit is exceeded, the power supply is immediately cut off, effectively protecting the system and equipment from overheating. Once the safety device has tripped, restarting is only possible after a manual reset, carried out once the sensor element has cooled down by at least 10 K. The design is fail-safe; a loss of expansion fluid causes contact C-1 to open, eliminating the risk of operation under hazardous conditions. By using the safety thermal breaker STB 89.00, you gain:
