In Q1–Q4 2025, the Apator Group achieved strong operating results, supported by stable domestic demand and intensive sales activities both at home and abroad.

The Management Board of Apator SA hereby declares that the decision regarding the proposed liquidation of FAP PAFAL is based on market and business considerations. The scale of the company’s operations in Świdnica has been gradually declining over recent years due to customers in European markets phasing out induction meters, a fall in orders for services (caused, amongst other things, by the recalibration of electric meters , the period for which has been extended from 8 to 12 years), as well as the ongoing automation processes within the Apator Group, which have made maintaining a subsidiary in Świdnica economically unjustifiable.

The Apator Group is consistently fulfilling its existing contracts, whilst actively securing new orders, expanding its presence in further geographical markets and developing its product range to offer comprehensive solutions.

The Apator Group successfully provides its customers with modern solutions for managing energy and water. In the first quarter of 2025, there was a rise in customer interest, particularly in water metering solutions.

The Apator Group actively supports its customers in their transition and in the efficient management of energy and water resources, achieving higher turnover and financial results in 2024.
