The mSDF 80 is the smallest isolating switch disconnector with fuses in the COMPASS range, designed for NH 000-sized fuses up to 80 A. The COMPASS range of isolating switches offers a new level of safety and user-friendliness. COMPASS is a combination of the words COMPact and ASSembly, which characterise its main features.

COMPASS switch disconnectors are designed for energy distribution, connection and protection of electrical equipment against the effects of short circuits and overloads in three-phase and direct current networks. mSDF 80 switch disconnectors can be used as:

  • switch disconnectors for controlling and protecting electric motors and other AC equipment,
  • switch disconnectors in switchgear.


Operating conditions
  • Installation in rooms free from dust, corrosive or explosive gases
  • At altitudes up to 2000 m above sea level
  • Outdoors – in enclosures with a degree of protection > IP34
  • Ambient temperature from -5°C to 40°C
  • Transport and storage temperature from -25˚C to 55˚C
  • Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a temperature of 40˚C
