Find out what the MWN130-NC flow transducer (DN40–300) has to offer
The MWN130-NC is a Polish-made mechanical Woltman-type flow meter with a horizontal rotor axis, designed for cooperation with heat meter display units. The device is capable of measuring the volume of water at temperatures ranging from 0.1°C to 130°C in closed systems, at a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (PN16). The flow meter is designed for installation in horizontal pipelines with the counter facing upwards (H), as well as in vertical and inclined pipelines with the counter facing sideways or in CT/VT positions. It is equipped as standard with a painted body offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and a rotor mounted on bearings at both ends. The device’s design ensures resistance to external magnetic fields and meets MID metrological requirements. The flow transducer is used in district heating networks, heating systems in multi-family buildings, industrial facilities and public utilities. By using the MWN130-NC flow transducer, you gain:
Measurement reliability thanks to compliance with MID metrological requirements and the possession of an EC type examination certificate
Capable of operating at a working pressure of up to 16 bar
Resistance to tampering thanks to protection against external magnetic fields
Stable and precise measurement thanks to the application of a double-sided bearing rotor
Easy and clear reading thanks to the clear display
Easy servicing thanks to the removable measuring insert
The ability to check the transducer’s metrological parameters electronically
Can be adapted to the installation thanks to the option of custom flange drilling
Compliance with the MID measuring range: DN40–200:qi/qp = 1:25 – H/V; DN250–300:qi/qp = 1:10 – H/V
