The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 30th October 2012 the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA acquired in total 2.000 bearer shares of Apator SA at the average price 29,83 PLN:

- 206 shares at the price 29,63 PLN per share,
- 659 shares at the price 29,69 PLN per share,
- 165 shares at the price 29,80 PLN per share,
- 36 shares at the price 29,84 PLN per share,
- 160 shares at the price 29,90 PLN per share,
- 774 shares at the price 30,00 PLN per share.

The Company received the notification from the member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA who did not agree to disclose its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
