The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 31st July 2013  the Member of the  Supervisory Board of Apator SA acquired in total 1500 bearer shares of Apator SA at average price of 30,28 PLN per share, including:

- 86 shares at the price of 30,20 PLN per share,
- 1 414 shares at the price of 30,29 PLN per share.

The Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA, did not agree to publish its personal data based on  § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding  transfer and making available the information on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making and keeping the list of persons having got the access to specified confidential information dated 15th November 2005.
