Management Board of Apator SA announces about the amendment to the dates of publication of financial statements:
- separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for the I half 2017 from 15th September 2017 to 31st August 2017.
- consolidated interim financial statement for III quarter 2017 from 27th November 2017 to 16th November 2017.

The dates of publication of other financial statements have not been amended:
1. Consolidated interim financial statements:
- for I quarter 2017 - 15th May 2017 (Monday),
- for III quarter 2017 – 16th November 2017 (Thursday).

2. Semi-annual financial statements for I half 2017:
- separate semi-annual financial statement – 31st August 2017 (Thursday),
- consolidated semi-annual financial statement – 31st August 2017 (Thursday).

3. Annual financial statements for 2016 :
- separate annual financial statement – 28th April 2017 (Friday),
- consolidated annual financial statement – 28th April 2017 (Friday).

Legal basis: § 103 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
