With reference to current report no 7/2016, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 27th November 2020 the subsidiary - Apator Metrix SA concluded with Flonidan A/S (Denmark) the annex to the framework agreement for the supplies of smart gas meters for the Dutch market (formerly Dutch), prolonging the period of supplies for 2021-2024.

The annex does not contain any obligations in the scope of volume of ordered gas meters and the supplies will be performed based on current orders.

The Executive Board of Apator Metrix SA estimates that the total value of supplies in the period of validity of the annex can range from EUR 4.9 million to EUR 8.3 million net that is from PLN 22 million to PLN 37.2 million net (according to average exchange rate of NBP from 27th November 2020 being 1 EUR = 4.4843 PLN).

The terms of the annex do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contracts
