The Executive Board of Apator SA hereby encloses the answers to the questions of the shareholder Qilin Investments sp. o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw asked during General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA on 2nd July 2020. (questions no 1-11).

At the same time, the Executive Board is publicly concerned about the fact that the shareholder's proxy uses information which was not made available by the Company in the materials for shareholders. The above behaviour in the opinion of the Executive Board can indicate the cooperation of Qilin Investments sp. o.o. based in Warsaw with other entity that is not the shareholder of Apator S.A. whose name appears in the questions of the shareholder's attorney.

Considering the above, the Executive Board has justified suspicion that the behaviour of the shareholder was not aimed at performance of corporate rights, observance of good practices and acting in the interest of Apator S.A. but it was taken for other purpose known to this shareholder and also to the entity with which the shareholder cooperates, the behaviour of Qilin Investments sp. o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw and its proxy can violate binding legal regulations, rules of professional ethics of legal advisor and it can be the act against good morals. Moreover, the manner of behaviour of the proxy is not the first such practice applied in relation to a public company.

In addition, the Executive Board publishes the answer to the question of a shareholder who is a natural person (question 12).
