The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 28th December 2016 the subsidiary Apator Powogaz SA and associated ZAO Teplovodomer with headquarters in Mytishchi (Russia) concluded the frame cooperation contract for 2017.
The net value of the frame contract is EUR 8 m i.e. PLN 35,2 m (according to average exchange rate of the Polish National Bank dated 27th December 2016 , 1 EUR = 4,4022 PLN). The subject of the contract is the supplies of water meters, heat meters and heat cost allocators to ZAO Teplovodomer.
The supplies will be performed based on current orders while the sum of values of orders can be lower than the value of the contract.
