The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 16th February 2018 the subsidiary Apator Powogaz SA and associated ZAO Teplovodomer with headquarters in Mytishchi (Russia) concluded the frame cooperation contract for 2018.
The net value of the frame contract is EUR 7 m i.e. PLN 29,2 m (according to average exchange rate of the Polish National Bank dated 15th February 2018 , 1 EUR = 4,1696 PLN). The subject of the contract is the supplies of water meters, heat meters and heat cost allocators to ZAO Teplovodomer.
The supplies will be performed based on current orders while the sum of values of orders can be lower than the value of the contract.
