Further to current report no. 10/2014 dated 18th February 2014 the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 30th June 2014 it concluded the purchase contract of 30% shares of Apator Rector sp. z o.o. for the amount of PLN 17,9 m. Based on the transaction Apator SA purchased 300 shares of nominal value PLN 1.000,00 per share from two natural persons. The shares are 30% of share capital of Apator Rector sp. z o.o. and 30% of total number of votes.

The transfer of the ownership of shares took place on 1st July 2014. Apator SA currently is in possession of 100% of shares of Apator Rector sp. z o.o. The purchase of shares of Apator Rector sp. z o.o. is the long-term investment for Apator SA.
