Apator SA announces that on 31st January 2023 the Supervisory Board received resignation of Mr. Arkadiusz Chmielewski from the post of the President of Management Board of Apator SA. The resignation is due to personal reasons and was submitted with the effect on February 28, 2023.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Maciej Wyczesany to the position of President of the Management Board of Apator SA from March 1, 2023.

From March 1, 2023 the Management Board of Apator SA will operate in the following composition:

• Maciej Wyczesany - President of the Management Board,
• Tomasz Łątka - Member of the Management Board.

Biographical Note

Mr. Maciej Wyczesany is a manager with over 20 years of experience gained in industrial entities with both Polish and international capital. From 2009 to 2022, he served as CFO and Management Board Member at DOVISTA Polska Sp. z o.o., part of the Danish window and door joinery group VKR, which includes brands such as Velux. From 2006 to 2009, he served as CFO and chief accountant at Gunnebo Industries, a Swedish group company operating in construction industry. Among other things, he was responsible for merger and acquisition processes and investment processes related to increasing the value of the company. He directly managed the areas of finance, controlling, HR and IT. Performed tasks related to the development and implementation of corporate strategies, team building and organizational culture change processes. In earlier years, Mr. Maciej Wyczesany gained professional experience as a finance manager, accounting manager and financial controller. He is a graduate of economics at Nicolaus Copernicus University, IMD program - Digital Disruption in Business.

Mr. Maciej Wyczesany does not run any competitive business to Apator SA, he is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or partnership, he is not a member of the body of competitive corporation and he is not in other legal person as member of its body. Mr. Maciej Wyczesany is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept based on the Act on National Court Register.
