The Executive Board of APATOR S.A. announces that Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. held on the 20th June 2011nominated Mr Eryk Karski the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA for current common tenure. Mr Eryk Karski has a university degree, he graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw at Finance and Banking Department. Since 1999 till 2003 he worked in BRE Bank as investment analyst in Assets Management Department. In the period 2003-2005 he was the Economic Director of Mennica Państwowa S.A. and Electronic Payment Department Director. He was also the Proxy of the Company. In the period 2005-2006 he was Economic Director in Boryszew SA Elana Branch Office in Toruń and Deputy Managing Director of the Company and the Proxy of the Company. In the period since 2006 till 2008 he was dealing with the management of portofolio companies of the fund- Supernova Capital SA as the President of Executive Board in Progress Inwestycje Jedynka Bis sp. zo.o. (purchased bankrupted enterprise of former “Wrocławska Jedynka”) and the President of the Executive Board of Centrum Prim sp. z o.o.He also was acting as the President of the Executive Board of Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zachodni NFI SA. Since 2009 till February 2011 he was the President of the Executive Board and Managing Director in Lentex SA. Moreover, he completed Chief Accountant Course organized by Accountants Association in Poland in 2004. He successfully passed CFA First Level exam in 2002 and he completed the Course for Investment Advisers in 1998.Currently, Mr Eryk Karski is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LW Bogdanka SA and the Member of Supervisory Boards in Sfinks SA and Elektrobudowa SA. In 2001-2010 he was the Chairman and the Member of Supervisory Boards in many companies. Since February 2008 Mr Eryk Karski is the Member of the Polish Institute of Directors and also Professional Member of Supervisory Boards entered into the list of the Polish Institute of Directors. Mr Eryk Karski does not run any competitive business to Apator SA and he is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or partnership and he is not a member of the body of competitive corporation and he is not in other legal person as member of its body. Mr Eryk Karski is not registered in Insolvent Debtors Register kept based on Act of National Court Register. Mr Eryk Karski has no connections with Apator SA and its shareholders and in accordance with corporate governance rules he meets the criteria of independent member of the Supervisory Board.Legal base: § 5 para 1 point 22 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by issuers of securities and the conditions to be considered as equivalent the information required by law of the country not being the member of EU.
