The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 25th June 2025 the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the Company established that the Supervisory Board of Apator SA appointed for the new joint tenure in 2025-2030 will act in the composition of 7 persons, and it elected the following persons to be the members of the Supervisory Board:

3) Janusz Marzygliński
4) Kazimierz Piotrowski
5) Monika Guzowska
6) Tadeusz Sosgórnik
7) Grażyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz
