The Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that on 21.02.2023 the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. adopted the resolution no 152/2023, in which it stated that 1,100 ordinary bearer shares of Apator S.A. with the nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, marked by National Securities Depository S.A. with code "PLAPATR00125" are admitted to trading on the basic market. At the same time, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to introduce the aforementioned shares of Apator S.A. to trading on the main market on 28.02.2023, subject to their assimilation by the National Depository for Securities S.A. on 28.02.2023 with the listed shares of this company marked with code "PLAPATR00018".

Meanwhile, the National Securities Depository S.A. on 24.02.2023 issued a statement that it had decided to assimilate 1,100 ordinary bearer shares bearing the code "PLAPATR00125" with the Company's outstanding shares bearing the code "PLAPATR00018" as of 28.02.2023.

Accordingly, on February 28, 2023, the condition stipulated in the aforementioned resolution of the Stock Exchange Board was fulfilled, and as of that date the Shares were listed on the main market.
