The Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that it has received the resignation of Tomasz Łątka from the position of the Member of the Management Board of Apator SA. The resignation is for personal reasons and was submitted with effect from 27 September 2023.

In view of the above, from 28 September 2023, the Management Board of Apator SA shall be composed of one person:

• Maciej Wyczesany - President of the Management Board of Apator SA.
