The Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that it received the resignation of Mirosław Klepacki from the post of the President of Executive Board of Apator SA. The resignation is due to personal reasons and it was submitted with the effect on 24th November 2021.

Therefore, the Supervisory Board appointed Arkadiusz Chmielewski as the President of Executive Board of Apator SA, it means that from 25th November 2021 the make-up of the Executive Board of Apator SA will be as follows:

• Arkadiusz Chmielewski – President of the Executive Board
• Tomasz Łątka – Member of the Executive Board.

At the same time, on the motion of the Supervisory Board, Mirosław Klepacki agreed to further cooperate with the Apator Group, and support with his knowledge and experience actions carried out for the development of export on German market that is the key market for the Apator Group.

Biographical note - Arkadiusz Chmielewski

Arkadiusz Chmielewski is a graduate of Mechanical Department of Gdańsk University of Technology. Since 2019 he has been the Member of Executive Board of Apator SA responsible for business development of the Apator Group. At the same time he is associated with Apator Metrix SA (subsidiary of Apator SA), where since 1993, while performing various roles, he has been responsible for restructuring processes of the Company, development and optimization of product portfolio, implementation of new technologies of gas metering and expansion to foreign markets. Since 2002 he has been holding the position of the President of Executive Board of this company, but he will not continue in this position due to taking over of duties of the President of Executive Board of Apator SA. Arkadiusz Chmielewski is also a member of Supervisory Board of Apator Powogaz SA (subsidiary of Apator SA).

Arkadiusz Chmielewski does not conduct any competitive activity against Apator SA, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, is not a member of a competitive capital company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. A. Chmielewski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
