With reference to current report No. 45/2025 on the intention to liquidate the subsidiary - FAP PAFAL SA with its registered office in Świdnica (‘Company’), the Management Board of Apator SA (the ‘Issuer’) hereby announces that, as the sole shareholder of the Company, it adopted a resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 October 2025 to dissolve the Company and commence its liquidation.

The liquidation proceedings of the Company may take approximately one year. The Issuer will announce the completion of the liquidation proceedings and the deletion of the Company from the National Court Register in a separate current report.
