The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 16th November 2020 the contract with Energa Operator SA of PLN 67 million was concluded.

The contract regards the supply of electricity meters with PLC communication together with modems of substitute communication and its performance will be performed within 24 months. Conditions of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contracts.

The Issuer informed about winning the tender, as a result of which the above mentioned contract was concluded, in the current report No. 56/2020
