In accordance to the current report no. 48/2021 The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that subsidiary Apator Metrix S.A conluded contracts with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o. o. (“PSG”) for the supply of bellows gas meters as part of six task tender announced by PSG.

The total  value of the concluded contracts is PLN 74.9 million and the performance of deliveries will be made within 24 months since the date of the contract conclusion.

The tender conditions provide for the right of option consisting in the possibility of increasing or decreasing the contract by maximum 20%.
