With reference to the current report no 26/2017, related to the choice of the offer made by the subordinate entity Apator Metrix S.A. as the most favourable one in 6 scheduled tasks which are the part of the tender announced by Polska Spółka Gazowinctwa S.A. (hereinafter referred to as „Ordering Party”; the management of Apator S.A. informs that 20 July 2017, the entity Apator Metrix S.A. concluded a contract with the Ordering Party.

The subject matter of the contract is delivering residential (bellows-type) gas meters  of the value 17,7 mln PLN within 12 months from the date of concluding the contract with the option of extending the order by up to 40%. Due to the above, the total value of the contract including the right of option is 24,8 mln PLN.

The provisions of the contract include the stipulations related to liquidated damages; however, the Ordering Party may also claim complementary damages based on general principles.
