With reference to the current report no 29/2017 concerning the choice of the most favourable offer under the tender announced by Energa Operator S.A., the management of Apator SA informs that 31 August 2017, it concluded the contract with the Ordering Party. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of singe- and three-phase energy meters of the value of 16,1 mln PLN till the end of 2017 with the option of prolonging that term to 31 June 2018 and with the right to option involving the ability to increase the order maximally by 20%.

Due to the above, the joint value of the contract with the right to option amounts to 20 mln PLN.

The terms of the contract contain the stipulations related to contractual penalties which do not diverge from the stipulations commonly applied in this type of contracts.
