With reference to the current report no 16/2017, related to choosing the most favourable offer concerning a tender announced by Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Ordering Party”, the management of Apator SA informs that 7th July 2017, it concluded the contract with the Ordering Party. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of singe- and three-phase energy meters, with the value of which amounting to 19,1 mln PLN net in 2018, with the option of deliveries available in 2019, with the value then being 5,7 mln PLN.

The conditions of the contract contain the stipulations concerning liquidated damages, with the entire liability on the part of Apator SA related to the said damages is limited to the amount equal to 100% of net revenue. Still, the Ordering Party may issue a claim against Apator SA for supplemental damages, as provided for in the Civil Code.
