The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on March 28, 2025 it concluded a contract with Energa-Operator SA for the supply of smart electricity meters with pre-paid function.  The value of the contract is 28.8 million PLN net with the term of performance of the supplies falling in the years 2025 and 2026. The terms of the contract include provisions on contractual penalties, in particular for delayed delivery of a batch of equipment or untimely removal of defects during the warranty period.

The smart electricity meters, which at the same time offer the possibility of using the pre-paid function, are innovative devices that facilitate the control of energy consumption and operate on a pre-paid basis, i.e. after a prior recharge.
