The Executive Board of Apator SA ("the Company") announces that as a result of winning the tender, the Company concluded on 3rd January 2020 with Energa-Operator SA the contract for delivery of 1-phase and 3-phase electricity meters.

The basic value of the contract is PLN 12.3 million net, and the deliveries will be made within 12 months from the day of signing the contract with a possibility of extension for a period not longer than 6 months.

The terms and conditions of the contract provide for an option to increase the order. Therefore, the potential value of the contract is PLN 19.9 million.
