With reference to the current report no. 73/2018 concerning the selection of the most advantageous offer with a total net value (with option rights) of PLN 39.5 million in the framework of the tender announced by Tauron Dystrybucja SA ('the Contracting Authority'), The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 18th January 2019 it concluded two contracts with the Contracting Authority. The subject matter of the contracts is the delivery of static direct 3-phase electricity meters with a total net value of PLN 30.4 million.

Deliveries will be made by December 2019.

Contracts provide for a right of option consisting in the possibility of increasing order by the total net amount of PLN 9.1 million with deliveries in 2019. Therefore, the total maximum net value of the agreements amounts to PLN 39.5 million.
