The Management Board of Apator SA announces that its subsidiary Apator Powogaz SA has concluded a framework agreement for the supply of ultrasonic water meters with remote data reading capability in the city of Riga (Latvia). The maximum value of the contract is EUR 4.7 million, i.e. approx. PLN 20 million (according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of 1 EUR = 4.26 PLN as at 3 September 2025). The duration of the contract is a maximum of 5 years, with the possibility of shortening the delivery period if the amount is exhausted.

The contract was concluded with SIA ‘Rigas namu parvaldnieks’ (‘SIA’) - one of the largest Latvian property management companies in the Baltic States.

Under the terms of the contract, SIA is not obliged to place an order for the entire subject of the contract, but may purchase additional water meters not covered by the contract, the value of which shall not exceed 20% of the contract value. The contract will be performed in accordance with Latvian law and includes provisions for contractual penalties for late deliveries, with a warranty period of 6 years.

The contract has been classified as confidential due to its significant value for the Water and Heat Segment, which provides an opportunity for long-term cooperation with a foreign partner, thus opening up a new sales channel. At the same time, it creates an opportunity to obtain valuable references that may support further sales policy activities.
