With reference to current report no. 1/2025, the Executive Board of Apator SA informs that on January 28, 2025 it concluded with Enea Operator sp. z o.o. an agreement on establishment of innovation partnership.

The Agreement contains four stages of implementation, the purpose of which is to develop an innovative 1- and 3-phase smart electricity  meter meeting all the requirements and functionalities specified by the Enea Operator (stages I and II), obtain the required certification (stage III), then manufacture and deliver the smart meters together with communication modules (stage IV).

The value of the Agreement in accordance with the terms of the tender is PLN 62.3 million, assuming the implementation of the three earlier stages of the Agreement. The start of the supply of meters is expected at the turn of 2025 and 2026. In accordance with the requirements of the Enea Operator, Apator SA has given 72-month warranty for the supplied meters.

Within the scope of the concluded Contract, Enea Operator provides the possibility to purchase from the selected contractors additionally the total of about 2.4 million smart meters in the period until 2030.
