With reference to report No. 37/2025, the Management Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 29 September 2025, the Company concluded an agreement with Energa-Operator SA (‘EOP’) for ‘Successive deliveries of remote reading meters with backup communication modems’.

The total value of the agreement is PLN 127 million, including the value of the basic order of PLN 123.5 million. Deliveries will be made within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, EOP has the right to charge contractual penalties, in particular for delays in the delivery of batches of devices or untimely removal of defects during the warranty period. However, the terms of the agreement, including provisions on penalties, obligations and guarantees, do not differ from the standard terms previously used in this type of agreement with EOP.
