The Management Board announces that on 24 June 2025 the annex to the Multipurpose Agreement of 22 June 2016 was concluded between ING Bank Śląski and companies of the Apator Group:
- Apator SA,
- Apator Powogaz SA,
- Apator Metrix SA,
- Apator Rector Sp. z o.o.,
- Apator Telemetria (hereinafter referred to as ,,Comapnies"). 

Under the signed annex, the credit period was extended for a further three years and the revolving credit limit for current financing of the Companies was reduced from PLN 250 million to PLN 210 million.

The credit limit may be used in the form of working capital loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit and debt repurchase by the Bank.

The interest rate on the limit is based on the WIBOR/EURIBOR 1M rate increase by the bank's margin.

In connection with the conclusion of the annex, the collateral for the Agreement was updated, which at present are:
- registered pledges on the Companies' inventories,
- registered pledges on fixed assets of the Companies,
- mortgage on property of Apator SA,
- assignment of rights from the insurance policy of the above collaterals,
- blank promissory notes with promissory note declarations issued by borrowers.

Liabilities resulting from the granted limit are charged to the Companies jointly and severally, up to the maximum amount of 210 million PLN.
