With reference to the current report no. 22/2022, the Management Board informs that as a result of a won tender, the Company concluded a contract with Tauron Dystrybucja SA ("TD") for delivery of municipal static 3-phase meters NORAX 3 within the scope of Task No. 3.

The net value of the contract amounts to PLN 18 million and may be increased if TD exercises its right of option consisting in increasing the order by 30%. Therefore, the total value of the contract may amount to PLN 23.4 million. Execution of deliveries under the basic order shall take place within 15 months from the date of concluding the contract.

At the same time, the Management Board informs that with regard to Task No. 4 it has withdrawn from signing the contract due to the price level.
