Referring to current report No. 12/2018 the Managing Board of Apator SA informs that on 19th April 2018 the contracts with six (out of seven) branches of PGE Dystrybucja SA have been concluded. The object of these contracts is the delivery of single phase and three phase electricity meters of the value of 21.5 million PLN.

After signing of the last of the contracts covered by the awarded tender the total value of the deliveries in 2018 shall amount to 24.8 million PLN.

The conditions of the offer foresee also the right of option consisting in the possibility to increase the order by the amount of 32.5 million PLN net with the implementation of deliveries in 2019. Thus, taking into account the above, the total maximum value of the contract amounts to 57.3 million PLN. The Managing Board shall inform on the PGE availing itself of the right of option in a separate current report.
