With reference to current report no 2/2021, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that as a result of winning the tender, contracts were concluded with 7 branches of PGE Dystrybucja SA ("PGE").

The object of the contracts signed is the supply of 3-phase electricity meters with the value of PLN 35.5 million in the years 2021 - 2022. PGE has also the right to increase the order maximally by the amount of PLN 9.9 million. Therefore, the total potential value of the contract is PLN 45.4 million.
