The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 30th December 2020 the subsidiary Apator S.A. Powogaz SA concluded an agreement with an associated company ZAO Teplovodomer with its registered office in Mytishişi, Russia, a framework cooperation agreement for 2021.

The net value of the framework contract is EUR 6 million, i.e. PLN 27.2 million (by average the National Bank of Poland exchange rate as at 30 December 1 EUR = PLN 4.5272). Subject of the contract is the supply of water meters, heat meters and cost allocators to the ZAO company Teplovodomer. Deliveries will be made on the basis of current orders.
