The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 29th December 2021 the subsidiary of Apator SA - Apator Powogaz SA concluded an agreement with an associated company AO Teplovodomer with its registered office in Mytishişi, Russia, a framework cooperation agreement for 2022.

The net value of the framework contract is EUR 6 million, i.e. PLN 27.6 million (by average the National Bank of Poland exchange rate as at 29th December 1 EUR = PLN 4.5997). Subject of the contract is the supply of water meters, heat meters and cost allocators to the AO company Teplovodomer. Deliveries will be made on the basis of current orders.
