In reference to the current report no. 70/2018 the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 27 February 2019 the subsidiary - Apator GmbH with its registered office in Germany has entered into a contract with EWE Netz GmbH representing a purchasing group consisting of: RheinEnergie Koln AG, Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH, EWE Netz GmbH, Wesernetz Bremen for the supply of electricity meters. The value of the agreement amounts to approx. EUR 2.2 million (i.e. approx. PLN 9.5 million at the average exchange rate NBP of 27 February 2019). Deliveries will be made in 2019.

The terms of the contract provide for a right of option for delivery in the period 2020-2021 with a total value of EUR 7.4 million (approx. PLN 31.9 million). Therefore, the potential maximum contract value is 9,6 million euro (PLN 41.4 million).

The Issuer notes, however, that according to the terms of the tender, the result of which contract was concluded, the Contracting Authority does not guarantee orders at the assigned volume level.
