The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 5th of March 2021 the contract was concluded between Apator Metrix SA, GWi Ltd. and Meter Fit 20 Ltd. for the supply of gas regulators to the UK market in the period 2021-2025. The estimated value of the contract is about GBP 8 million (that is PLN 42 million according to the average exchange rate of NBP from the 4th of March 2021, 1 GBP= 5.2717 PLN). The contract provides that deliveries of regulators will be made on the basis of current orders placed by Meter Fit 20 Ltd. according to its needs.

Other provisions of the contract regarding contractual penalties, mutual liability and obligations do not deviate from market conditions, commonly used in this type of contracts concluded in the UK, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
