Conclusion of the contract with PGE Dystrybucja S.A.
With reference to current report no. 48/2022, the Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that on November 14, 2022 it concluded two contracts with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. for "Delivery of electricity metering equipment - prepayment static meters".
The value of these contracts totals PLN 19 million, of which the value of the base bid is PLN 12 million and the extended option is PLN 7 million.
The contract is expected to be completed within 18 months from the date of signing the contract.
