Management Board of Apator SA announces that during the period of the recent twelve months the entities of Apator Group and entities of Tauron Group concluded contracts of total net value of PLN 31m that jointly meet the criterion of important contract due to the exceeding of 10% equity of Apator SA.

The contract of the highest net value is the contract for the amount of PLN 26,9 m concluded on 2nd December 2015 by Apator SA (“the Contractor”) and Tauron Dystrybucja SA ("the Ordering Party"). It regards the supplies of three phase electricity meters that will be performed till December 2016.The conditions of the above contract do not differ from typical for such type of transactions on the market and it has been concluded without any restriction to the condition and date.

The responsibility of the Contractor due to liquidated damages is limited to the amount equal to 100% of net remuneration. On the other hand the total responsibility of the Contractor due to failure of performance or improper performance of the contract (liquidated damages included) is limited to the amount equal 150% of net remuneration. The above limitations do not relate to the damages being the result of wilful and/or glaring negligence.
