Further to current report no. 4/2017 concerning the selection of the most favourable offer of the tender invited by Tauron  Dystrybucja S.A. (“Ordering party”), Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 31st March 2017 it concluded the contract with Ordering party. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of static single and three phase electricity meters of  the net value of PLN 20,9 m in 2017 with the option of  the supplies in 2018 of the value of  PLN 6,3 m.

The conditions of the contract include the provisions concerning  liquidated damages  while the total responsibility of Apator SA for the above is limited to the amount equal 100%  of net receivables.     The Ordering party, however is allowed to  claim  supplementary compensation from Apator SA  on general conditions stipulated in the Polish Civil Code.
