The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that subsidiary - Apator GmbH with the seat in Berlin (Germany) and Thuga AG with the seat in Munich concluded the contract on the delivery of bellows gas meters. The net value of the contract is 1.126.000 EUR (that is 4.474.000 PLN according to average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland dated 23rd December 2010 where 1 EUR= 3,9735 PLN (The table of exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland no.249/A/NBP/2010) and it was concluded for the period since the 1st January 2011 till 31st December 2013.The above contract was concluded by correspondence on 23rd December 2010 and it was submitted to Apator GmbH on 3rd January 2011.
