Management Board of Apator SA („Issuer­”) announces that in the recent period of the twelve months the subsidiary - Apator Metrix SA („Company”) and Bank Millenium SA („Bank”) concluded contracts of total maximum value of PLN 33, 5 m. The contracts regard the granting of credits and bank guarantees and they in total meet the conditions of important contract due to the exceeding of 10% of equities of the Issuer.

The contract of the highest value is one dated 23rd February 2015 concerning the granting of long-term credit (investment) in amount of PLN 15 m.  It was concluded on market conditions for the period till 31.12.2020.

Interest on credit was established pursuant to floating interest rate equal WIBOR rate for three month deposits increased by margin of the bank. The repayment of credit is secured by bail mortgage to the amount of PLN 23,3 m on the property of the Company located in Tczew at Grunwaldzka 14 and transfer of fixed assets of total minimum amount of PLN 2, 4 m.

Moreover, the Company made the statement of subject to enforcement to the amount of PLN 25, 5 m in the respect of obligations resulting from the contract.

The conditions of the above contract do not differ from typical ones for such kind of transactions on the market. The contract was concluded without any provisions concerning the reservation of term, date and liquidated damages.

There are no connections between the Issuer, persons in management or supervision of the Issuer and the bank.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 3 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
