The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on January 31, 2023, at the request of a shareholder, conversion of 1100 registered shares of A series with the nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, preferred to voting in the ratio 1:4 at the General Meeting into ordinary bearer shares was carried out.

As a result of the conversion of series A registered shares, the preference of 1,100 shares subject to conversion expired, the amount of the Company's share capital did not change and amounts to PLN 3,264,707.30, while the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting changed, which after conversion amounts to 54,641,246 votes.

The planned date for assimilation and listing of the aforementioned shares has been set for February 28, 2023.

The conversion of shares was carried out in accordance with § 8 item 1 of the Company's Articles of Association with the following wording: "Conversion of Series A registered shares into Series A bearer shares shall be carried out at the request of shareholders in January of each year. If a total of more than 100,000 registered shares are submitted for conversion during the year, the Company's Board of Directors is required to set an additional deadline for conversion within 90 days."

The Board of Directors of Apator SA, acting at the request of a shareholder and in accordance with the above-mentioned § 8 item 1 of the Company's Articles of Association, adopted a resolution on this matter on January 16, 2023.
